For orders $99.99 and below - $15.95 Shipping Fee
C. All Other Countries

II. SHIPPING POLICY
Returns
Our policy allows returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Regrettably, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to process a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unlaundered and in the same condition that you received it. Please make sure all tags and the original packaging are intact.
Due to health code regulations, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of opened, used, or worn underwear. Please note that GBGB may refuse any return if it does not meet our return or exchange guidelines.
Refunds
Refunds for accepted returns will be issued for the value of goods plus applicable tax and will be applied towards store credit or to the original payment method only. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your merchandise. No original shipping and handling will be refunded.
If incorrect merchandise is shipped in error, we will ship the correct merchandise free of charge and reimburse for return shipping of the incorrect merchandise.
To Avoid fraudulent claims, you may be required to return the incorrect merchandise prior to shipment of the replacement.
Sale items are final
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (defective merchandise)
Any defective merchandise will be replaced with the same item only.
How to return your merchandise
Please follow these steps return your product:
1. Email rigil@gbgbwear.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
2. Please make sure the merchandise is in good packaging. We are not responsible for damage to merchandise in transit back to us.
3. To ensure that the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a prepaid, insured and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, USPS).
