GBGB Wear Weekly Underwear Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. No Purchase Necessary

Participation in the GBGB Wear Weekly Underwear Giveaway is free. No purchase is required to enter or win. Joining the GBGB Wear email list constitutes entry.

 

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older in locations where such giveaways are legally permitted. Void where prohibited by law.

 

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must sign up for the GBGB Wear mailing list at www.GBGBWear.com. Each participant is limited to one (1) entry per week.

 

4. Prize

One (1) weekly winner will receive one (1) pair of GBGB Wear underwear of their choice (from available stock).

Free shipping is included for all winners.

The winner remains responsible for all duties, taxes, and any other fees not controlled by GBGB Wear.

 

5. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be randomly selected each week from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

 

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at signup. Winners must claim their prize within seven (3) days of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and GBGB Wear may select another winner.

 

7. Free Shipping – Terms

GBGB Wear provides free standard shipping for all giveaway prizes.

Free shipping covers transportation cost only. It does not cover any charges imposed by destination countries or third-party authorities.

 

8. International Duties, Taxes & Uncontrollable Fees

International winners are fully responsible for any fees not controlled by GBGB Wear, including but not limited to:

               •             Customs duties

               •             Import taxes (VAT, GST, etc.)

               •             Brokerage or processing fees

               •             Handling fees from postal or courier services

               •             Any additional charges imposed by local customs or authorities

 

GBGB Wear cannot estimate, waive, influence, or reimburse these charges.

If these fees are not paid, the package may be delayed, held, or returned. GBGB Wear is not responsible for replacing unclaimed or returned prizes.

 

9. No Cash Alternative

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other items.

 

10. Rights & Permissions

By entering, participants grant GBGB Wear permission to publicly announce their first name and/or social media handle as part of winner disclosures without additional compensation.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

GBGB Wear is not responsible for:

               •             Technical errors or delays

               •             Lost or misdirected communications

               •             Email delivery issues

               •             Shipping delays

               •             Customs-related delays

               •             Events beyond GBGB Wear’s reasonable control

 

By participating, entrants agree to release GBGB Wear from all liability related to or arising from the giveaway.

 

12. Modification or Cancellation

GBGB Wear reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

13. Privacy

Email addresses collected for entry will be used solely for GBGB Wear marketing and communication. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

 

14. Void Where Prohibited

This giveaway is void in jurisdictions where such promotions are restricted, prohibited, or require special registration.
